Eligible candidates with a valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 score can apply online from 07 June to 27 June 2025. Eligibility Criteria :- DRDO RAC Scientist B Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant disciplines
OR Master’s Degree in Science in relevant disciplines
Valid GATE score in the respective discipline (2023/2024/2025)
Final year students expecting to achieve first class after final examination can also apply, provided they submit the degree/provisional degree by 31st July 2025.
